It was a very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Well taken care of and very friendly staff. I came to write and haveba spriritual retreat and it was very quiet.
Neede a coffee maker in the room.
The room pretty much cozy and modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the office, they provide free hot drink there. And the office design is very cozy and homey
For hot water, we need to go to the office, which is will be helpful if we have in the room
The room was rustic. All wood bed, dresser and end tables. Even the walls. Very nice!
The pillows were hard and the walls were thin
No iron in room and need more outlets
The room was huge and spotless clean. Super warm and cozy with brick wall, and pine ceiling and walls. The location was great for finding food and being close to Rocky Mountain National Park and hiking.
Good time of year for elk which were all over the area of the lodge when we were there!
friendly staff, cheap, perfect location, clean and big room.
The location was great (just a couple of blocks from downtown Estes Park), and the value was great, much cheaper than other hotels in the area, and the hotel was quite nice...I didn't expect a luxury hotel for that price but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Also the elk on the golf course was pretty entertaining!
We had to request a coffee pot in the room, and they only brought a pot, no cups or coffee...that part seemed a little cheap.
Staff did excellent job Price very fair very nice area
Nothing, we were very happy with our stay !!!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the elk on the golf course an added bonus.. We would definitely recommend it.
2 things could have improved it a bit: a microwave in the room and a window on the mountain side of the room (we stayed in 421)
The location couldn't be beat. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious, but the bed was relatively uncomfortable when compared to other lodging in its price range.
Uncomfortable beds (see above). We spent the day exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park returning at about 5:00pm. Our room had not yet been made up. We proceeded to make the bed, and then turned away the housekeepers when they finally showed up. The porch light shined into our room until past midnight, and the door had no curtains to block it out. Noise from neighbors' conversations was easy to hear.
It was quiet, comfortable, and very affordable.
Clean, well-run, convenient to RMNC, the elk on the golf course were fun also!
The lodge is right next to a golf course where the elk liked to spend time. There are picnic tables and benches where one could relax and spend time outside viewing the elk. The lodge is only a couple stoplights down frowm downtown Estes Park, so it is not noisy, but is close to everything. Very budget friendly, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Small television, no microwave, and no air conditioning (not a problem during cooler months). The entrance/exit is only one lane and can be difficult to get out of with oncoming traffic.
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Slept well. Viewing of elk herd which came right through the grounds.
No air-conditioning. Took a long time to cool the room off in the evening with the supplied fan. Had to ask the reception for an extention cord in order to put the fan in front of the window. No coffee maker, but front desk did give me one.
